Veggie Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Double Happiness Brown Gravy Mix
- 150gr minced beef
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 handful shredded cheese (we used vegan smoked gouda for this recipe). Works also with parmesan
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
Method
- Peel all veggies. Blend them thin.
- Mix the blended veggies with the meat, the cheese, the tomato paste and the seasoning with a spatula.
- Using a ice cream scoop, make golf ball size balls.
- Bake 220 celsius, 15-20 minutes. Turn the meatballs every 5 minutes.
