Shredded Chicken Congee With Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Double Happiness Baby Chicken Broth Powder
- 100g Chicken breast 100g
- 1/2 cup Pearl rice + millet
- 5 small scallops
Method
- You should steam and shred the chicken breasts.
- Keep the cooking chicken juice for later use.
