Method
- Rinse the rice, add water and boil the scallops.
- After the rice water is boiled, add drumstick and simmer on low heat.
- Take out the drumstick after the rice is boiled.
- Use chopsticks to beat the porridge clockwise and cook until smooth.
- Add seasonings (deep sea white fish broth powder and sea salt).
- If you like thick porridge, you can cook it longer.
