Fish Noodle
Ingredients
- Double Happiness White Fish Broth Powder
- Garlic
- Asparagus
- Baby Corn
- Veggie Thin Noodle
Method
- Fry garlics, chopped asparagus, chopped baby corn and chopped leeks (or spring onions).
- Add 2 doses of Deep Sea White Fish broth powder and cover up with boiling water to 1cm above the veggies.
- Add a handful Veggie Thin Noodles.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are soft.
- You can add some water if necessary. You can serve with fish balls, steamed white fish or shrimps!
