Rice Cereal Waffles
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of avocado rice cereals
- 1 egg
- 200ml milk (any type of milk)
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, agave syrup, or none (adjust according to taste)
Method
- Start by measuring out 4 tablespoons of the avocado rice cereals. These rice cereals are going to add a delightful texture and flavor to your waffles.
- In a mixing bowl, crack open an egg and add it to the cereals. The egg will provide structure and help bind the ingredients together.
- Pour in 200ml of your chosen milk. You can use any type of milk, such as cow's milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc. The milk will make the batter smoother and help achieve the desired waffle consistency.
- If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar or agave syrup. You can adjust this based on your taste preferences or omit it entirely for less sweetness.
- Whisk everything together. Pour in a waffle maker (fish is cute but regular waffle maker will also do of course!), cook slightly longer than a regular waffle. Enjoy them as a special breakfast treat or a fun snack!
