Purple Potato Rice Cereal Egg Tart
Ingredients
- Fresh Cream 75g
- 1 egg yolk
- Condensed milk 10g
- Double Happiness Purple Sweet potato Rice Cereal 10g
- Ready-made tart crust about 10-15
Method
- Add fresh cream to egg yolk and condensed milk and mix well.
- Pour in rice cereal and mix well.
- Put it in a piping bag and squeeze into the tart crust.
- Preheat the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Baking may cause slight cracking and shrinking. Texture is dense at room temperature, resembling egg tarts but less watery. Taste improves after refrigeration.
