Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- Sliced chicken breast marinated with olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper
- 1 tbsp homemade pesto sauce
- 1 handful of Double Happiness Veggie Pasta Macaroni
- Corn
- Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Begin by pan-frying the chicken breast until it's cooked through and golden brown.
- Boil the Double Happiness Veggie Macaroni for 5 minutes, then add the corn and continue boiling for an additional minute.
- Drain the cooked pasta and make sure to save some of the pasta water before draining.
- Add 1 tablespoon of homemade pesto and some grated parmesan cheese to the drained pasta and mix everything thoroughly to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Arrange the pan-fried chicken breast slices on top of the prepared pasta and serve!
