Oat Sweet Potato Tart
Ingredients for the crust :
- 1 pile banana.
- Instant oat 150g
- Milk 60g
Ingredients for the filling :
- Double Happiness Sweet potato Rice Cereal
- Sugar
- Milk
Method
- Evenly mix the crust ingredients, then distribute them into an oiled muffin tray. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Mix the DH cereals with milk (following the instructions on the package) and sugar to your taste. Evenly spread the mixture over the crust.
- Let it sit until fully cooled down.
