Lemon Cream Salmon
Ingredients
- Spinach leaves
- Salmon fillet
- Butter
- Onion slices
- Garlic slices
- 10g Double Happiness Creamy Cream Soup powder
- 160ml water
- 70ml cooking cream
- 10ml lemon juice (adjust to taste)
- Spiral noodles (for serving)
Method
- Blanch the spinach leaves for later use.
- Marinate the salmon filet with lemon slices and olive oil for a while, then fry it and keep it for later.
- Heat a small piece of butter in a pan, and fry the onion and garlic slices until fragrant.
- Mix 10g Double Happiness Creamy Cream Soup powder + 160ml water, stir well, pour into the pot with onion and garlic.
- After a little boil, pour in 70ml cooking cream.
- Add the cheese portion and stir until the cheese is fully melted.
- Add 10ml of lemon juice (adjust accordingly to your baby taste).
- Add the fried salmon and blanched spinach sprouts, and boil again for few minutes.
- The cooked soup is paired with spiral noodles, and you have a full meal!
