Creamy White Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 10 grams of Double Happiness Creamy Mushroom Soup
- 15ml of whipping cream
- 150 ml of water
Method
- Combine 10g of soup mix with 150ml of warm water and blend thoroughly until well mixed.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 7 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally during simmering.
- While stirring continuously, add whipping cream to the mixture and bring it to a boil once more.
- Ladle the creamy soup into bowls. It's suggested to serve the soup alongside baked toast or noodles.
