Filipino Pancete
Ingredients
For this you need (for 2-3 baby servings)
- 1/2 carrot sliced thin
- 50 grams of cabbage
- Few ginger shreds
- Filipino corn starch vermicelli (or rice vermicelli)
- 2 teaspoons of Double Happiness Brown Gravy Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Method
- Fry the minced garlic and ginger with a bit of oil.
- Add the carrots and stir.
- Boil some water.
- Add the 2 tablespoons brown sauce.
- Cover up to the height of the veggies with water. Stir.
- Add the cabbage. Cover with more boiled water up to the top of the veggies.
- Soak the vermicelli in the sauce. Keep stirring.
- Cook for extra 12 minutes and it’s ready!
- You can simmer longer if you want the veggies to be softer.
