Dutch Baby Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 120ml milk
- 50g of any Double Happiness Pancake Sweet Potato
- 10g white sugar (optional)
- 8g butter
- Fresh fruits to decorate
Method
- Whisk the eggs, milk, and white sugar evenly. Sift the pancake mix and stir until smooth and well mixed.
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees.
- Spread the butter on the baking pan and put it to the oven for 5 minutes, then take it out.
- Pour the sifted batter into the hot melted butter, and bake it in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
- If you want the pancakes to be more delicate, remember to sift the egg mixture.
- The pancakes will sag after they come out of the oven. You can fill them with your favorite fruit, cream and yogurt. The more the better.
