Cordyceps Flower With Dried Scallop Soup
Ingredients
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- Cordyceps Flower Scallop Soup Soup Bag X1
- Salt or broth powder to taste
Method
- Pour in 6 cups/800ml of water. Add the meat and herbs, except for goji berries & Cordyceps Flower.
- Bring to boil and then lower the heat and let it gently simmer for about 2-3 hours.
- Add the goji berries and& Cordyceps Flower and let it cook for another 10 minute.
- Have a taste and season with salt or broth powder to your taste.
- Can be served with rice or noodles.
