Chicken Broth Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Double Happiness Chicken Broth
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- Dry noodles
- 3-5 dumplings (can be frozen dumplings)
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt
Method
- Boil water in a kettle.
- Mince your garlic. Wash the spinach and cut the stems. Fry garlic and spinach with oil.
- Add the dry noodles and the broth. Cover with boiling water. Add salt up to your taste.
- If dumplings are frozen, add them right away. If they're fresh, add them once noodles are al dente.
- Cook until noodles and dumplings are ready .
