Tomato Mushroom Tofu Soup
Ingredients
- Sliced garlic
- Diced tomatoes
- Crab mushrooms or shiitake / enoki mushrooms
- Tofu
- Eggs
- Shallots
- Corn Starch
- Double Happiness Veggie Broth powder
- Double Happiness Creamy Tomato Soup
- Sesame oil
- Water
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic slices.
- Add the tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes get very soft.
- Add some hot water
- Add the mushrooms and tofu and cook for a while.
- Mix some water with the Tomato Soup powder, then pour it in the pan.
- Sprinkle some Veggie Broth powder to taste
- Add the cornstarch powder to thicken the soup, then pour in the beaten egg, and stir.
- Lastly, add a little sesame oil and sprinkle some chopped green onion to finish.
