Codonopsis Root, Goji, Wolfiporia, Jujube, Polygonatum, Chinese yam, Chuanxiong, Honey Licorice, Cordyceps

Shelf Life and Storage
6 months after production date. (As no sulfur is used, we will dehydrate the herbs again before we pack to make the shelf life longer.) Please store it immediately in fridge once received.

Cooking Instructions
Wash all the ingredients (except honey licorice 蜜枣)
Add soup bone / meat / chicken
Add 2 small bowl of water
Double boiled for 1.5hrs to 2 hrs.
