Veggie Meatballs
Ingredients
* For 6 meatballs:
- 150 grams of minced beef
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 handful shredded cheese (we used vegan smoked gouda for this recipe). Works also with parmesan.
- 2 teaspoons Double Happiness Brown Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
Method
- Peel all veggies and blend them thin.
- Combine the blended veggies with the meat, cheese, tomato paste, and seasoning using a spatula.
- Utilizing an ice cream scoop, form balls that are the size of a golf ball.
- Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, turning the meatballs every 5 minutes.
