Stir Fried Shell Pasta With Salmon And Broccoli
Ingredients
- Douple Happiness Shell Pasta
- Salmon fillet
- Broccoli
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Sea salt
- Italian herbs (optional)
- Pepper (optional)
Method
- Pan seared salmon (skin side first) using a non stick pan (do not add in cooking oil) until salmon oil come out, turn another side to cook for 1-2 minutes. Do not overcooked it or the meat will too dry later. (half cooked is totally fine).
- Take out the salmon from pan. I don't use the salmon oil to fried the other ingredients as I feel it is too smelly and too oily. I normally pour away the salmon oil and I use olive oil.
- Add olive oil, stir fried garlic and brocolli. When it is almost cooked, put in the salmon again, use spatula to smash the salmon fillet into small pieces.
- Until the salmon is fully cooked, add in boiled pasta and mix it well together.
- Lastly seasoned with sea salt, Italian herbs and pepper.
