Seafood Tomato Risotto
Ingredients
- Rice
- Salmon or seafood
- Double Happiness Creamy Tomato Soup
- Water
- Scales (possibly referring to a measuring scale)
- Chopped onion
- Butter
- Tomato
- Little dish (possibly for garnishing or serving)
Method
- Soak the rice until it is white first (more easily ripe)
- 10 grams of Creamy Tomato Soup and add 200 ml of water and mix well
- Hot pot, pour butter, fried salmon/seafood, fried sausage, onion, tomato in order
- After all the ingredients are fried and incense (7/8 minutes can be cooked), pour in soaked rice and stir fry it
- Finally, pour the tomato soup powder water in, turn to a small fire, cover the pot lid and cook for a while
- Finally pour the dishes in, then cook until the moisture is dry and the rice is well cooked (if you have cheese, you can add it at this time)
- The water is basically the standard of water that can cover the ingredients. It doesn't matter if it's a little
- Light fire all the way after water boils to make sure the rice is fully cooked.
