Seafood Pumpkin Braised Rice
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Double Happiness Creamy Cream Soup
- 1 Pumpkin
- 4 Scallops
- 4 Shrimps
- 1 serving of rice
- Carrots
- Water
Method
- Steam the rice for later use. Beibei pumpkin hollowed out the center, leaving the shell as a pumpkin cup
- Add water to the pumpkin and make a puree. Pumpkin cup steamed soft but not too long
- Pour oil in a hot pan, add pumpkin puree, rice and carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the bag and shrimp.
- Add Double Happiness Creamy Cream Soup and cook evenly.
- Pour it into the pumpkin cup and ready to be served!
