Salmon and Potatoes Patties
Ingredients
* You will need (for 6 patties):
- 1.5 cup steamed crumbled salmon
- 2 peeled and shredded carrots
- 2 peeled and shredded potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/3 garlic head
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Double Happiness Fish Broth Powder
- 1 tablespoon Double Happiness Veggie Broth Powder
- Seasoning of your choice
Method
- Mince the garlic and onion very thin.
- Mix with all the other ingredients.
- Form patties that are around 8 cm in diameter. Bake them for approximately 18 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
