Macaroni Soup
Ingredients
- 150 grams Double Happiness Veggie Pasta Macaroni
- 100 grams sliced chicken or beef
- 100 grams carrot (chunk)
- 1 small yellow onions (chunk)
- A handful of red dates & goji berries
- Cooking Oil
- 1.2 litre of water
- 2 teaspoons of Double Happiness Chicken Broth Powder
Method
- Cook the sliced chicken or beef
- Add in the carrots and onions. Stir fry for 3-5mins.
- First, pour in the water, then add the red dates and goji berries. Set the cooker to the slow cook setting and let it cook for 4 hours
- After it has finished cooking, add in the chicken broth powder and switch to sauté mode.
- Add in the Macaroni and cook for 15mins or fully cooked. Taste and adjust the seasoning as per your preference, then garnish before serving.
