Finnish Salmon Soup
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Potato
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Minced Onion
- Fresh Milk
- Unsalted Butter
- Double Happiness Broth Powder
Method
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces
- Fry the salmon until fragrant and set aside
- Put butter in a hot pan, sauté chopped onion, then add carrot and potato to fry until fragrant
- Pour in hot water, cover the water level of the ingredients, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
- Then add broccoli and cook for a few minutes
- Pour in the right amount of milk and continue to boil
- Finally, put the salmon that has been fried in advance into the soup, and sprinkle some broth powder to taste
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
