Chicken Rice Roll
Ingredients
- 90 grams of Chicken Breast
- Carrot & Spinach, a suitable quantity (cut into pieces)
- 40 - 50 grams of white rice (washed and cooked for later use)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Corn Flour
- 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of Double Happiness Veggie Broth Powder
Method
- Blanch spinach in boiling water, boil the carrot and take it out for later use
- Put in chicken, cooked carrot, spinach, corn flour and veggie broth powder into the mixing bowl and blend until soft.
- Take an appropriate amount of chicken mince and manually flatten it and place it with rice
- Put the wrapped rice rolls in a medium heat oil pan and fry until cooked.
