Cheesy Butternut Squash Pasta
Ingredients
- Babe Squash (cut the babe squash into small pieces)
- Salmon (1/4 piece, cut into small pieces). Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- Lemon. (squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon pieces to help remove any fishy smell. Let them sit for a few minutes.)
- Corn kernels (1 tbsp, boiled). Boil the corn kernels until cooked.
- Small tomatoes (3-4, cut in half)
- Broccoli (1-2 florets, cut into small pieces and boiled)
- Bega cheese (1 small piece)
- Whole milk (100g, adjust as needed)
- Double Happiness Creamy Cream Soup (5 grams)
- Double Happiness Pian Pian Noodles (40-50g, boiled)
Method
- Pian Pian Pasta, corn kernels and broccoli are cooked and set aside.
- Add a little pumpkin puree and fry it in the pan where the salmon has just been fried, then mix the milk and Double Happiness Creamy cream soup, pour it in and cook, then add a small piece of cheese and cook until slightly thick.
- You can sprinkle a small amount of parsley as desired.
