Cauliflower Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup Japanese style breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of Double Happiness Chicken Broth Powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano flakes
- Paprika (optional)
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- Cut the cauliflower florets and wash them. Dry them one by one.
- Marinate the florets with 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Double Happiness Chicken Broth Powder, 1 tsp paprika (optional), salt and pepper. Coat the cauliflower florets using your hands.
- In one bowl, crack and whisk the two eggs.
- In another bowl, pour one cup all purpose flour.
- In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, oregano flakes and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the flour. Coat it well. Then dip in the eggs, and finally roll it in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Pour 0.5cm frying oil in a pan. Fry your cauliflower florets until they become light brown and crispy. Serve with a yogurt sauce to dip and some sizzled spring onions. Enjoy!
