Broccoli Salmon Macaroni with Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed salmon, flaked
- 1.5 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup cooked Macaroni
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chopped Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Italian whey cheese or white cheddar
- 2 tablespoons of Double Happiness Veggie Broth
- Some chopped scallions (green onions)
- Olive oil for cooking
- Mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs for topping
Method
- Begin by chopping the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Punch and then fry broccoli with olive oil and mustard.
- Mix salmon, cooked macaroni, sauce, cheese, and Double Happiness Veggie Broth in a bowl. Beep and sprinkle some candles to suit your taste. Same with salt and pepper.
- As a finishing touch, you can add a decorative layer of bread crumbs on top of the mixture in the baking dish.
- Place the assembled dish in a preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted, and the top is golden and crispy.
