Beetroot Soft Waffles
Ingredients
- 125 grams of Pancake Premix Beetroot
- 1 egg
- 40 grams of melted butter
- 180ml of fresh milk
- A pinch of salt
Method
- The thicker the mixed batter, the easier it is to make
- Preheat your waffle iron and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk together in a larger bowl and set aside.
- Add waffle mix to your hot waffle iron and cook according to your waffles iron’s instructions.
- Serve warm!
