Baby Cereals Crumble
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Avocado Rice Cereals
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut powder
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds or any other grounded nut mix
- 1 tablespoon soft butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small apple
Method
- Peel and cut the fruits into 1x1cm cubes.
- Lay them into an oven ramequin.
- Mix all dry ingredients.and add the butter.
- Crumble all ingredients using your fingers.
- Don't process it for too long or it will turn doughy.
- Cover the fruits with the crumble.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, 180 celsius.
- You can serve it with a side of greek yogurt.
