Baby and Toddler Hotpot
Ingredients
- 3 cm peeled ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 5 white button mushrooms
- A big handful Doube Happiness Thin Veggie Noodles
- 1.5 teaspoons Double Happiness Veggie Broth Powder
- 1.5 teaspoons Double Happiness Chicken Broth Powder
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 600ml water
Method
- Peel and cut the asparagus in 3cm pieces.
- Cut the spinach stems.
- Cut the cabbages in 2cm slices
- Mince the spring onions.
- Peel and cut half the garlic cloves
- Slice the garlic in 8 pieces.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Soak the noodles in boiled water.
- Mix the 2 Broth Powders with the 600ml boiled water and the tomato paste.
- Fry the garlic and spring onion with a little bit oil.
- Pour the broth on it. Wait until boiling.
- Add first the corn, cabbage and asparagus.
- Then after 5 minutes all other ingredients.
- Check when noodles are cooked. Time to serve!

- 3 asparagus
- 5-6 mini corns 5-6
- a handful spinach
- 5-6 small cabbage leaves
- 7-8 shrimps
