Avocado Rice Cereal Bites
Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites
- A few drops of lemon juice
- 10 gram of brown sugar (optional)
- 10 gram of Corn Flour
- 15 gram of Double Happiness Rice Cereal Avocado
- 50 gram of water
Method
- Start by mixing Rice Cereal and water until no lumps. Set aside.
- Beat egg whites and lemon until they are stiff and hold a peak. (Optional：gradually add sugar in 3 batches）
- Add in corn flour and whip for another 15 seconds.
- Fold the meringue into the batter
- Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes 100C
