Apple Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- Double Happiness Pumpkin Pancake Premix
- Butter
- Cream cheese
- 1 egg
- Icing Sugar
- Apple
- Cinnamon powder
- Milk
Method
- Mix the pancake mix with milk and eggs, fry a few pieces of pancake skin for later use, the thinner the better.
- Cut the apples into pieces and cook until soft, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and powdered sugar and set aside.
- Cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter to beat and set aside.
- Flatten the pancake, coat with whipped cream, and add cinnamon apples.
- Roll up and decorate the plate.
