Creamy Tomato Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- Double HAappiness Creamy Tomato Soup 10g
- Onion
- Diced carrot
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced meat
- One egg
Method
- Blend 10g of soup mix into 150ml of warm water and stir well.
- Stir-fry the onion and diced carrot, then fry the minced meat, add the shredded lettuce..
- Pour in the tomato soup and bring to boil .
- Add in an egg while stirring well and bring to a quick boil again.
