Carrot Pancake with pumpkin puree
Ingredients
* For 4-6 pancakes you will need:
- 3 tablespoons steamed pumpkin purée
- 6 tablespoons Double Hapiness Pancake Carrot Premix
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix the purée and the pancake premix together.
- Add the cinnamon and the baking powder.
- Add the egg and whisk well.
- Cook the equivalent of a teaspoon for 2-3 minutes on each side, medium low heat.
- Serve with maple syrup and bananas
