Vegetable Chicken Soup with Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
- Prawn heads (about 6)
- Three big tomatoes (peeled)
- One carrot
- Three sticks of celery
- One chicken breast/fillet
- 600ml of water/vegetable stock
- Double Happiness Veggie Pasta Macaroni*
- Shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Method
- Pan fried prawn head and tomatoes until fragrant
- Add in vegetable stock, celery and carrot. After boiled, turned to medium low heat and cooked for 30mins
- Add in chicken breast
- Seasoned with Italian herbs, pepper and salt
- Boiled macaroni in another pot, drained and put it in a bowl
- Sprinkle cheese on the macaroni, bake at 200 degree for 15 mins.
- Serve the cheesy macaroni with toasted butter bread or dip with vegetable soup.
