做法
- Boil a pot of hot water to scald the chicken legs, and then add the remaining hot water to the soup pack and boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour the cooked chicken legs, the cooking water and the soup ingredients on baking paper and aluminum foil.
- After wrapping tightly, steam the wrapped chicken drums for 40 minutes on medium low heat.
- Meat will become super soft and full of flavours!
