Method Macaroon Shell
- Mix 3 scoops of pancake mix with 40 ml of water.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dances and disappeared.
- Use ladle to scoop and pour mixture on the pan, and flip when bubbles start to form.
- Use a round cutter or anything else that can cut out a round shape.
Method Macaroon Filling
- Pipe the steamed & smashed Chinese Yam on macaroon shell.
- Place another piece of shell on top.⠀
