French Style Cake
成分
- 75 gram Double Happiness Rice Cereal Avocado
- 75 gram coconut sugar or 50gr almond flour if you want to go sugar free
- 4 eggs
- 3 apples
- Some jam (you can chose no sugar added jam)
做法
- Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Whisk the egg whites into snow eggs.
- Using a egg beater, whisk sugar (or almond flour) and egg yolks. Add the DH rice cereals and keep whisking.
- Add gradually the snow eggs, very smoothly.
- Spread that sponge cake mix on a tray, layered with baking paper. Bake it for 10 minutes, 180 Celsius.
- Slice and steam the apples until soft.
- Roll the cake in a tea towel when still hot. To ease the removal of the baking paper, you can humidity it under with a clean sponge.
- Let it cool down for 10 minutes. and spread some jam and the steamed apples and roll again.
- Cut the two ends of the cake and it’s ready to serve!
