Stir-fried Veggie Thin Noodle With Mackerel And Vegetable

- Mackerel
- Broccoli
- Shredded onion
- Shredded Carrot
- Cherry tomatoes
- Veggie Thin Noodle
- Double Happiness Deep Sea White Fish Broth Powder
Method
- Thin Noodles and broccoli blanched for later use.
- Fry mackerel in hot pan.
- Don't waste the fat of fried fish, add onion, carrot and cherry tomatoes and saute until fragrant.
- Stir fry the noodles.
- Put seasonings (a little soy sauce and deep-sea white fish broth powder) and broccoli.
- Fry until the noodles are dry.
