Rainbow Pancakes

- Double Happiness Penkek Labu, Lobak Merah, Lobak Ungu, Ubi Bit, Bunga Telang & Ubi Keledek
- Susu
- Mentega atau minyak
- Krim putar
Cara Penyediaan
- Mix well 3tbsp pancake mix with 30ml milk, do the same for all flavours (it should be in a batter form).
- Place the 6 flavoured batter into separate piping bags.
- Spray non-stick pan with a little oil.
- Pipe a 50cents coin size of batter onto the pan until the batter is finished.
- Cook for 1 minute and do the same for the other side.
- Place the rainbow pancakes onto a plate to form a rainbow and pipe whipped cream at both ends to imitate clouds.
