Tiger Milk Nourishing Lung Snow Fungus Soup
Ingredients
- Double Happiness Tiger Milk Nourishing Lung pack x1
- 1 apple
- 1 Snow fungus
- 7-8 Dried Red dates
- Rock sugar (Optional)
Method
- Soak the snow fungus in clean warm water for about 10-20 minutes until they are soft.
- Wash all the Chinese herbs before cooking.
- You can slightly beat the dates too. This helps to release the sweetness to the soup.
- Put all the ingredients except Rock sugar.
- Pour in 6 cups/800ml of water. Put all the ingredients except rock sugar.
- Bring to boil and then lower the heat and let it gently simmer for about 2-3 hours.
- Add rock sugar (optional) and let it cook for another 10 minute.
