Sweet Potato Rice Cereal (Rice Cereal With Taro Paste)

- Taro
- Condensed Milk
- Sugar
- Milk
- Pie - bread
- 1 egg
Method
- Steam the taro, take it out, and add rice paste, milk, condensed milk, sugar, and mash it into a puree. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking.
- Remove the sides of the bread, wrap the freshly mashed purple sweet potato and taro paste inside, and press the 3 sides with a fork to seal.
- Beat the eggs, and then evenly coat the finished bread with the egg mixture.
- Air fry at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then flip and air fry for an additional 3 minutes. The timing can be adjusted as the bread and fillings are already fully cooked; this step is just to enhance the surface color
