Thin Noodles Soup With Mini Wanton
Ingredients
- Double Happiness Thin Noodles
- Double Happiness Broth powder
- Minced chicken
- Minced shrimp
- Corn starch
- Sesame oil
- Spring onion
- Wanton pastry
Method
- Mix the minced chicken and the minced shrimp with above seasoning and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Wrap the filling into the wanton wrapper, the triangle is a piece of wanton wrapper and divide it into 4 squares to wrap the filling.
- Prepare a pot of hot water, add a few drops of oil, and blanch Thin Noodles and vegetables for later use.
