Tomato Milk Soup With Baby Shell
Ingredients
- Veggie Pasta-Baby Shell
- Tomato
- Tofu
- Prawn
- Coriander
- Fresh Milk
- Fish Broth powder for soup base taste (optional)
- Sea salt
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil, then cook pasta over low heat ,Transfer to serving bowl.
- Stir Fried Shrimp on Medium Heat then transfer shrimp to the plate.
- Add in 2 bowl of water and bring it to oil .
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Use a small cup of fresh milk to mix with broth powder and pour it into a pot to boil.
- Add in Pasta and cook for another 1mins.
- At this time, you can use salt for seasoning or choose not to add.
- Sprinkle with coriander or garlic cloves.
