FISH BROTH POWDER RECIPE

“Trick to have your little one enjoy eating

without adding MSG”

As a mother, we usually like to cook porridge for kids. As it is simple and easy to prepare.

However, I avoid adding in MSG and salt when cooking. Turns out, my kids do not appreciate the healthy porridge ?

Since then, I figured out I can make the meal taste nice without adding in MSG, that ‘s broth powder! 

準備

  • Rice
  • Scallops
  • Drumstick
  • Deep sea white fish broth powder
  • Sea salt

烹飪方法: 


  1. Firstly, wash and rinse the rice throughly.
    Add in scallops + water and boil it.
  2. Wait till the water is boiled, add in drumstick and turn to low heat.
  3. When the rice is boiled, bring out the drumstick.
  4. Use chopsticks to beat the porridge clockwise and cook until the texture turns smooth.
  5. Add in seasonings (Deep Sea White Fish Broth Powder and sea salt)

    ? Tips : Depends on personal preference, If you would like to have a thicker texture porridge, let it cook for slightly longer.
