FISH BROTH POWDER RECIPE
“Trick to have your little one enjoy eating without adding MSG”

As a mother, we usually like to cook porridge for kids. As it is simple and easy to prepare.
However, I avoid adding in MSG and salt when cooking. Turns out, my kids do not appreciate the healthy porridge ?
Since then, I figured out I can make the meal taste nice without adding in MSG, that ‘s broth powder!
準備
- Rice
- Scallops
- Drumstick
- Deep sea white fish broth powder
- Sea salt
烹飪方法:
- Firstly, wash and rinse the rice throughly.
Add in scallops + water and boil it. - Wait till the water is boiled, add in drumstick and turn to low heat.
- When the rice is boiled, bring out the drumstick.
- Use chopsticks to beat the porridge clockwise and cook until the texture turns smooth.
- Add in seasonings (Deep Sea White Fish Broth Powder and sea salt)
? Tips : Depends on personal preference, If you would like to have a thicker texture porridge, let it cook for slightly longer.
