Creamy Mushroom Veggie Noodles RECIPE
“Cook western pasta in 15mins”
Prepare:
- Creamy White Button Mushroom Soup Mix – 1 Tablespoon
- Fresh Milk – 1 Bowl
- Water – 150ml
- Salmon
- Mini bell sweet pepper
- Green Zucchini
- Veggie Thick Noodles
Cooking Steps :
- Firstly, slow cook / shimmer the veggie thick noodles ??♀️ Do not boil it to prevent over cooking.
- While cooking the veggie thick noodles , prepare the salmon. Drip some lemon juice on the salmon to remove the unpleasant fishy smell follow by pan-fry it at low heat.
- Once the salmon is ready, move the salmon on to a plate.
- Stir-fry the rest of the vegetables with low heat, pour in a small bowl of water, shimmer until it turn soft.
- Lastly, mix the Creamy White Button Mushroom Soup Mix and fresh milk in a small bowl, after that, pour it into the pot and boil, stirring constantly until it boils.
And its ready to be served ??♀️
